Hopefully you all had a wonderful Christmas (for those celebrating) and you are moving on to celebrate New Year’s Day – and Sammy’s birthday!
Despite Cocco’s grunting protests, I made him wait until Christmas morning to open his presents. Aside from his PetBox goodies (check back soon, he scored there too and we will review the items), Cocco got another blanket to add to his mound, a pillow to root into, some more crunchy snacks and presents from friends.
Coccolino wanted to share his scores. Madi, everyone’s very loyal friend, had Cocco for the holiday exchange and boy Cocco is glad she did!
As soon as I bent down to let Cocco see Madi’s present, he strong-jawed it out of my hands!
He ran with the whole package to his room, Pixie in close pursuit.
I finally grabbed it from him and opened the present to find a most scrumptious peanut butter bone (Cocco was in heaven eating that) and a bag full of fruity treats.
Madi, thank you so much. You couldn’t have picked something better for Cocco! That was such a generous and wonderful Christmas surprise for him :@)
After all that excitement, Cocco had yet another box to open.
I was honored to have been commissioned to make Esther the Wonder Pig’s blankets last summer by the most generous donor. This woman not only sent me fabric with which to make this famous (and very large 600+ pound) pig’s blankets but she has also stayed in touch and just surprised us with the most delightful present.
She had another Etsy vendor called Snort Life send us custom Cocco bow ties, interchangeable with a quick snap.
We were overwhelmed with all the goodies and we are both so grateful to have wonderful friends! Cocco was one happy and satisfied piggy this Christmas. Thank you Madi and to our other friend for these wonderfully generous gifts!
